Emcp problem, probaly Lpddr inside eMCP weak, or area user damaged
Need to replace eMCP,write preloader , then flash with CM2

ignore it if first you get show logo only simple test for all oppo brand, do recovery mode try to wipe if failed never flash with FLASH TOOL or u will get vibra only will never show logo again emmc or emcp bad, only change emmc or emcp.

Actually TF update is enough, if not have can read and write with BEST
