Orange miami unlock problem - GSM-Forum

HI i unlocked a orange miamai today with the latset version
i went through fine

a few hours later the customer came back complaining about none of the side button working so i checked it the volume up and down the camera and on and off swich not responding

the phone will power on but wont switch off

whta could be the problem

Hello,

I don't think that this kind of problem may be a result of unlock process.

Did you tried to open phone and check it's hardware ?
Are you sure that customer bring you the same phone as you have unlocked ?
Check phone imei and compare it with unlock operation log.

thanks yellow bass for your answer customer has not come back yet but i have told him your view

i also told him the fault lays with the manufacturer

i see a few people have unlocked this phone but nobody has had this problem
