i have unlocked 2 orange rio now on the latest version the unlock smart fast
unlocks they unlock fine

but when i put a o2 sim card the phone reboots but other sim work fine

weird problem.

Hello,

it may be problem with phone/sim card incompatibility.
Do you have other O2 sim cards for tests (newer or older) ?

I confirm same situation on two handsets, unlocked by code, so, I thing somewhere in flash or HW could be fault
