As I can see from your log, you have selected model "Orange-TR1", but it was need to select "Orange Tokyo".
Please, select "Orange Tokyo" model and try again.

Hello,

Please, check, is imei from back label is the same as was readed by softare.

Also, please, make one more test: make "format ffs" and let's see is phone still locked or not (restore imei after format).

Yes IMEI is ok as lable
Yes I did FFS After FFS now It's asking for "Network code"But befor FFS it was asking for "USP Code"
after FFS i tried to unlock but still "Enter Network code"
But in log Network status is OF"Network subset lock: Off"
