Infinity-Box dongle update problem

what 's problem for server !

when i update the server show me follow information :

----------Dongle upgrade started:15:21:00----------
Locating Emeralda server...
Emeralda server address found.
Connecting to Emeralda server...
Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

what should i do for this !

but when i install and also close the firewall, also can not update ! i will be try that tommorow
