My infinity-box problam cant show usb serial posrt

im chak another pc and format 10 times my pc still same
and im chak another box port its working well but only infinity port cant work
hear is detile screen shorts

bro azeem one question that when u format ur pc hard disk and attach box for first time.then box install driver or not?if no then it is 100% hardware problem.

Yes ur Right its FTdi CHIP problam
i will replace in smrt crad in other box its working fine
this problam comes to auto pinfinder i will try to finnd rx tx throw auto pin finder
thats time some error show i think thats time ftdi chip shorted

sir...can u post any image for ftdi chip........bcaz i am facing same problem and now i am working with com cable...please post image so that i can change from any other SMART CARD..from other box....THANKS

Hello,

If box worked before and stop to work now there is a big chance that FTDI chip is damaged.
It's no need to wait my advice in this situation, it's need to repair box (f.e. replace FTDI chip or any other damaged components) or just use any other cables.

I don't think that this problem may be a result of PinFinder usage due to PinFinder is an additional device that protect main Unibox from any kind of damage during pinout detection process.

But Be carfull in china sets falshing in infinity some time ur box also Damgeed ..

It may be damage if you connect + to -, nothing may be damaged if you connect Rx or T somwhere.
