Hi,

It looks like your phone not SP-Locked, but it has only LockCode (UserCode) activated.
Pls, try to enter this UserCode: 1977
Waiting for your results.

you are apparently right here. Phone is not possibly SP LOCKED. However, the software should not exit the way it appeared in the previous post.

I am unlocking the USER CODE of this phone. No other buttons were phone except UNLOCK so I tested it. I will test the USER CODE tomorrow. It would be nice to add reseting of USER CODE in the next release like that of VYGIS.

Very nice and quick support from INFINITY. Thanks. This makes our money paying without regrets.

Are you sure that this phone is SP-Locked but not UserCode active ?
