but i have the box pack cable came with infinity box [g50] i have checked cable pinout from the given link

and secondly the flash file i have tried to falsh like given instruction
1=firmware +language +map

but after press power on and hold button no responce

need some help

hello!

if you using right cable (G50) then only few possible errors:
1. wrong com port selected.
2. RJ45 cable inserted in wrong connector
3. phone side connector have too many rubber and doesent allow to fit in phone properly
4. faulty phone hardware.

here is some hints:
when you push unlock and right com port is selected- one of box LED should start blinking. by this you can understand that com port selection is right.

insert cable to left RJ45 box port

cut rubber to make connector fit in phone fully

i have only one rj45 in box it is [slim]

there is no rubber near phone

secondly when i press unlock green light blink ,as we have to hole power button i do so but no responce

double check your cable and be sure that phone connector not damaged and cable inserted completely inside phone connector.
