Pana01 module Bug - GSM-Forum

we have been calling the attention of infinity team to come to our rescue but for almost a month now the team has done nothing to help us out with this module, we keep loosing customers day in day out,because of this problem, atleast the team should consider us now coz we have been patient for quite along time, all the time they reply requesting for phone giving such problems but with no adress to send the phone to, it is very important for infinity team to be responding to our request and complain faster than this. the error is that the module does not support ZTE a66, a61 and other coral100 phones with bootcode:820013 but it supports those with boot code: 820000, the operation log is Below:

I am sure that you have wrote your message just after you woke up and you did not thought well before write words like "team has done nothing to help us".

Now my question: what was your own action to help us to make solution ?
Did you sent to us phone with new hardware for research ?
What else you have tried to do ?

I suggest you think twice about your words in future.

You said yo needed a phone with new hardware for research, but for two weeks now you did not send the contact adress where I should send the phone to, and besides since we have requested for such and you did not send the contact adress, you should blame your self for you weakness not me for requesting an update. besides I cannot just send a phone without the destination adress. I believe the phones are in the market.

We are going to "deep sleep" for now, and the only reason of this "deep sleep" is you.

Thread closed, I see no reason to talk with people who try to talk with us that way without any reason.

if you want to get anything for free in future (f.e. free updates, free support, free respect, anything else for free) you must think before write.
