hello!

please run cable selector, select panasonic g50 model.
there you will see on picture 2 and 3 how to modify cable to make it fit properly in phone. You need to cut rubber. this error is 100% caused either by cable or phone fault

dear sir did you mean that is my cable problem??

but my cable is 100% ok i have already tested by another motorola phone

it's ok but my cable is already cuted..............

cut the rubber part more and keep it pressed when u try to connect phone to software , this was a common problem 1 year back and all users solved problem in similar way ,

if u still have problem , search this forum with similar problem and u will find users posting their result
