dear,
i have x400 auto restart , i already try to flash but not connected with box , can you say it is hardware or software . if soft how to repair it

Hello,

If software can't detect phone there is a big chance that phone hardware is damaged. Open phone and check hardware first !

i have same prob im already flash another version still restart what should i do sir is it hw prob?

How to repair Pana X400/A500

1. Flash X400/A500 with X60 firmware
2. Power On phone
3. Power Off phone
4. make sp-unlock
5. Flash with X400/A500 firmware
if still same than its hardware
