Pls, try to use latest X60 software version from support area (1.08). This version has 2 unlock modes. if it will be no success, please, read flash from your phone and send to: InfinityHelp at yahoo.com.hk
We will try to check situation ASAP.

Tried the new version 1.08a and to no avail the phone is still locked.

I am just reading the flash now and will email it over as soon as it's read.

edit: got a problem - cant email flashes as theyre over a certain size for hotmail - I will have to send them all individually on Tuesday... Do you need all 4 flashes or just 1 of the 4? if so please let me know.

Flash received, thanks. But really, we don't see any reason why phone is still locked.
Pls, try to downgrade firmware and make unlock again. Also, pls, try to enter in TEST-MODE (* + # + Power) and try to make unlock.
