dear infinity team badly needed help.after formatting my pc i tried to install cm2 but sad to say it says this error:

smart-card is blocked,error code #59

how can i resolve this please dongle badly needed.

Hi guys , when i try to open CM2 its telling me dongle misconfiguration and if i try to update by Dongle manager , thats the result like its damaged.

Hi,
you have got an answer already and you have updayed dongle firmware as per instruction and dongle is ok. right ?
