yes i did all tries but nothing with other selecting products..i think it hvae different CPu or flash chip...any idea?????

i want unlock Pantech G500 with selected G800 model from infi support but Not work :-)(infi not support G500)
Backup error, unlock with DATA Mode not work(HW in two phone very same)

This Phone have some different cpu inside...so get the phoen and add it also.....

Double check "DATA" mode cable ("DATA" mode cable is not the same as cable for flashing !) and try again. You can try to select other model, phone can't be damaged in "DATA" mode.

1-i talk about different cpu inside phone,purchase phone experiment on it,and present the solotion for us.u r 1st ans

Please, no need to give me adivces like this due to simple reason: I have really huge knowledge in compare with many other people (and for sure you are in this list too), so, please, next time whn you will try to give me some advices try to think what you talk about.
You have zero knowledge about Infinity-Box unlock procedure, so, please, stop to make Infinity-Box users confusing.

So, please, stop to post your genious ideas regarding Infinity-Box in future due to your advices is really non-professional.

If you want to show to somebody that you know what you know word CPU this is not a reason to give me stupid advices that I must do and that I must not do.

If you even can't press "unlock" button but try to make another action what you talk about here ?
Please, try to understand that "unlock" procedure should be done with big "unlock" button but not with "stop" button (or other buttons), hope this will help you in your future understanding of phone structure.

Hello infinity team i have in my hand pantech q99 they said it is g500 and i want to flash it for french language can i do that with infinity would you like any extra information i am ready

We have no any ideas and flash files for Q99 model. I don't think we will be able to help with French language for this model.
