Did you tried to flash phone with files from support area ?

Dear Infinity, I too had a same problem with Motorola W200 CDMA but could not solve this by full flashing. Flashing ok and set ok too. Its the problem with new cdma sim cards.

man, these are no unlock flash files,
so plz check ur operator's files....

like, if u use to tata sim card then flash it with 2.2.07 tata ruim flash files.........................ok

As I can see you have other problem. Why you not honest ?
Explain what is your "same" problem, this may helps to give you an advice.
