sir can i use COMPORT 1 for my pinfinder? coz my virtual usb not recognize in comport...

You can use any COM port, but you must use special wires, not only RX and Tx to connect PinFinder to your cable.
For more details look at PinFinder manual and you will see PinFinder input connector description at end of manual.

try to reinstall setup or chak other pc if same
ur ftdi chip problam replace it

first if u buy new pinfinder please upgrade it second u have infinity box and in box ftdi chip included i think ur box to pinfinder cable(rj45 mirrorcable) is too long please short it and post result and in ur screen shoot where is infinity com interface ?

i have same probem after upgrade dongle n try to use pinfinder v1.14

We do not know pinout of all boxes that exist on market, but if your other box pinout is the same as Infinity-Box unibox pinout you can use other box with PinFinder.
