pinfinder not communicate with Nokia clone chinese !! - GSM-Forum

i have infinity box plus + pinfinder installed and work correct from major of chinese phones but has problematic with Nokia clone as > E71 , E71tv, N89, N88, etc, but its not communicate, i try many times with the correct cable and run the pinfinder and appears the rx and tx pins but the phone only startup for 1 second and off,and repeat this during the try at the moment when the expire time for try to communicate, its appears a low voltage because the phones is power on and its Ok if used with battery.

hello!

three is two things to do to get better pifninder work:
always set "silent" mode on phone before work.
this can be done by pressing and holding "#" button.
china phones startup sound takes arround 0,5-1A, so this current can not be provided by USB port of you PC.
second thing: main infinity box has diode which is limiting output power from 5volt to 4,3v.
it must be desoldered and shortcutted. Extra power which we get after that will make phones powerable.
procedure is described in pinfindr user manual "trubleshooting" section.
