Hi,
Im trying to unlock LG KE970 via Infinity box with Pin Finder adapter. But i don't which CPU that should I select under the Pin Finder(Automatic).Can someone pls help?thks!

Hello,

Just select pinout in manual mode:

keyboard top
1.........18
12: phone Rx
13: phone Tx
18: Gnd

Hi,
I have follwed the steps but the phone still cant detect by Infinity Box.The mesg is
"
Phone must be SWITCHED ON !
Connecting, wait...
Connection Fail
Finished

"
The phone can switch on...but when i press Read info button then happen that mesg again..

These r the steps that I did:
From Auto Pin Finder box:
1)Press Detect Adapter
2)Select 1x18(L18B)
3)Select from Pin Selector(Manual) Rx 12; Tx13.
4)Press Power button.
5)Then i press on button from phone and now the phone is switch on.
6)Press Set button.
Iget tis mesg
"done
Initializing...
done
Cable: 1x18 (L18B)
Power On !
"
7)Then I open Infinity n the phone is still switching on.
8)Select Service tab.
9)Press Read info button.
Then i got tis mesg:
"Phone must be SWITCHED ON !
Connecting, wait...
Connection Fail
Finished
"
Any idea??Am I doing correct steps? Pls help!! thks!!

Try to set Rx 13, Tx 12 and try again.

KE970 unlock , you can use KG800 cable or build one easly according to Pinouts given here and in Infinty Soft. I unlocked one KE970 , 2 days ago.

Yes. I did (1 & 2).I managed to power on the phone from PinFinder.

Hello,

I found the problem: it's need to reverse pin numbers (keyboard top <-> keyboard down).

You need to make this:
1. set Rx = 6
2. set Tx = 7

Now everything should be Ok.

HI,
Still same.If i put like Rx6 & Tx7, i can't power on my phone.If i put back Rx12 & Tx13,then im able to power on the phone.

Please, try again.
Be sure that you have connected + and - well and be sure that connector inserted well into phone.

It can't be any mistake due to I have tested it yesterday with my own phone, it was the reason why I have suggested you to reverse pins.
