hello!

if MCU in this phone is MT62xx pinout will be found even if phone dead.
but it must be dead by software reason.
If it is some hardware fault- for exaple power problem- of course it will not detect anything.

as i can see on poicture you attached- phone is connected properly.
Do you hold power button pressed all the time while program search for pinout?

hello!

my advice- take one working phone with known pinout.
use auto pinout finder to find it pinout.
when you will be 100% sure that you correctly using pin_finder- you can try one more time on your N328.
if still pinout can not be detected- it is hardware fault

pinout in this phone is located in 18pin connector

ZTC_N328 (N82 Nokia copy)
connector 18A
1.........18

CPU1
18-gnd
12-Tx(2.76v)
10-Rx(2.69v)
