brother 1st of all unstall it then make sure that yours USB CONNECTERS is cleaned ( many time not detecting or showing ERROR cause of dust ) then restart your computer then plug in again ( before plugin you have install or run DRVIERS exe after install plug in ) hope its solve yours problem
