plz help me if anybody have the solution for how to remove the headphone profile from chinese phone

hello!

you can try formating, but in most cases this is hardware fault

try to check the connector on the phone or try to re solder it

i finish found the solution near the connector two samall ic 6 pins just remove the left one n the problem solve
