As how this problem being solved when I first encounter the error, I am 100% sure that this is not a card reader/driver issue.

When I made that thread in HUA section, I sent the link to one of our support team and I was advised to post it here in Infinity Section, so I did.

If you format PC you do not affect to Smart-Card content.
Thats why we need to get detailed information what was your steps and why Hua stop to work.

Once Smart-Card is programmed it can work for a years (f.e. Infinity Boxes works 10+ years without re-programming) without any update.
Please tell me, why do you want to update Smatrt-Card now ?
Do you have an instruction from Hua supporter or do you have any other reason ?

We need to get very detailed explanation to understand the problem reason.
And if you really have a problem only after "I reformat my PC" I think you should ask Hua supporters wwhat is the right installation steps.
Do you have any instructiion from Hua ?
