Infinity supporters do not provide support for Hua software.
If you can not run Hua software this means something is wrong with Hua software or your PC or both.
Yes, it's possible to update card and reset Hua fault state but we can do that only after you will get an reply from Hua supporters.

ok, you can update dongle firmware now but next time the only way will be - contact to hua supporters !
