Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?

i also check pcb but pcb fresh not water infected

Flash phone with "repair eeprom", "repair ffs" files.
Flash phone with "firmware" + "LP" files the same version
Make "sp-unlock" by "Airtel etc." method.

& rebuild imei...and all it's ok !
