Hello,
I have this c139.Everytime i try to read codes,it keeps giving me this error.
I have read the documentation and done the neccessary settings.

This is it's log

It seems we are in the same counrty please come to Digitaltec william street we might get a solution how to unlock cause i did 2pcs so far thanks

I can't unlock it, too! I have 3 pieces and got the same error. I'm using windows XP SP2.

We have tested in my county we have 9 infinity in uganda we sat down and tried to see weather c139 can be unlocked with infinity but all of as (9 people with infinity and 9 computer)could not unlock ather of those phone so please infinity we what you to prove to us that infinity can unlock this phone
if so i have 100$ for you i bet

I use com-port BTW sir hope you have gaven us an addon thanks but it is not complete and in the ather hand people got intersted on the c139 unlocking with the infinity box but if you say that it is an addon without assisting us then it does not benifiting some of us kindly give it to us with two hands thanks it is a kind messege

I got the same.

After this I connected a C115 and readed codes without problems, then is not cable problem.
This C139 phone have this sw version 1.3.20 ffl_C139_4u_Zot , and LPL_C139_latam_Zot.
I tried to read its flash using model c155 and not connection. Any help wellcome, thanks.

can Infinity-Box unlock the cingular version motorola C139? I have one and can not unlock it, what other solution can be unlock this phone? help

Try with FULL CHARGE BATTERY with X60 cable.

. make backup from your c139 !!! and send backup file to [email protected]
. try to flash it with different flash files from support area
. if it will be any problems you can restore Cingular backup
