!!!!!! 6228 Phones 10 - 100 % Fault repair !!!!!!

I have come across a lot of these China phones with 6228 CPU with fault:
Phone when powered will show 10 to 100 % Bar and phone goes off.
These phones dont repair by Formatting FFS, and when you click on Repair Button, the software says "Flash Phone".

I have 2 phones here with same fault,

Phone 1 = V800_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.L4A4A06_6_3_1_0T05M0713 _M401.BIN
sw2: L4A4A06.6.3.1.0T05M0713_M401

This one gets error when flashing 2 of 2 gets to about 95 %

This one flashed OK 100% using [U6_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02[1].U6V10B21__En_Fr_Es_Indonesia_Vn_Ru_Th_Cn.B4M] but Fault remains, and this seems to be the only flash file closest (or higher) than the one in the phone.

How do I repair these phones as i get them often ?????
