why is it evry time i cinnect a phone always give me this error? ive tried for 3 phones already same result,is my box damaged?please help,logs below,tnx

Press Power button now !
Connect Ok
Boot...
Boot fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 10 sec

logs is for bird788,same with chinese n95 and chinese a203,this problem started when i tried to connect my box with this 2 chinese phones cause i still have no pin finder so tried to use te open rj45 cable and this started the problem,do you think that my ftdi device is damaged?

verify yur port configurations.plz send the log file of chinese phone yu talk about so as to try to help yu

I don't think your FTDI device is damaged.
I think you have selected wrong COM port or you have used wrong cable.
Please, double check COM port selection and double check cable that you have used.

tnx for your reply,problem solved,i used the serial com port and its working now so i think my ftdi chip is damaged,tnx to all
