PindFinder malfunction


Hi everyone I am facing a problem with pindfinder software, it is not detecting pinouts and always finish the way the picture shows

I hope you can help me out to solve this issue

May be it's a bug in this version of pinfinder. i have same problem.
Solved by using version 1.14.

The error hat you can see is not fatal and we will remove it in next release.
I suggest you to read text in software log window more carefully but not concentrate on message box text.

As I can see you have tried to detect pinout for 5-pin phone but in many cases if phone has only 5-pin connector there is no RX/TX and connector.
You need to open phone and check RX and TX test-points at phone PCB.

Thanks for replying, you are right it is not fatal. In fact I was able to set the Tx and Rx pins but It is a little annoying when software cannot detect pins and just freez on and we have to close and open again and again up to three or four times in order to get the detection of the tx and rx pins.

PinFinder v1.16 uploaded in support area. Try to use it, I hope bug with message window is fixed.
