First of all is that set Mtk chip based? If its Mtk then Install driver C:InifinityBox/CM2MTK/Drivers/MTK_USB_Serial_Port_Driver_x64 or MTK_USB_Serial_Port_Driver_x86 depending with your windows operating system, You can Download these drivers from InifinityBox Support Index of server1/

So much info, check twice - does this mobile have MTK cpu inside?
