Hi;

Im a new user and i just bought a infinity box and i have some problem about connecting. i installed program.

First if i use a change imei my i have to use dongle.if yes which? i have got a only tool box. When i try to anything i see this fault

'' Device have to be POWERED-ON !
Connecting to device. Wait...
Error: Device not powered or bad connection'' what is my problem?

Please help me what can i do?
