hi infinity team ,
i have a china phone for resetting the lock code, i ahve tried evry thing but the lock code was not resetted. also i does'nt have the backup of full flash.
on flashing with this flash file

ZT588_E553_Y8ARTF_E553_GPRS_MT6226_S01[1].01_1_16m_En_Fr_Ru_Ar_Th.B0M.bin from the support site the phone was on but no display was coming. please help me to supply the same version of flash file from the phone.
the flash file version of the phone is:-
backup_eeprom[M858_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.M858_6226B_13.BIN]_20071217-213503.B0E.bin

i have also attached the picture of the phone model.

unfortunately a second same china phone came to me . i read the backup of firmware and eeprom and flashed the pprevious phone with these flash files . everything was perfectly written but the phone did'nt power up.the phone is still dead.

Do you have full flash backup from this phone ?

no i does not have backup yhe previous phone .now i have powered on the phone from spiderman cracked software with the option (unprotect mtk2) but the phone was still in the previous problem :enter phone code . i have also done repair security area with infinity but the problem is same

Try to make "format ffs" now. First "safe", then "complete" (if "safe" not helps).

Hello,

1. please, check phone imei. Write correct imei. (some phones show something like "locked" when imei is incorrect)
2. make "complete format". make "read codes", post log here to check
3. flash phone with another firmware.
