please help to my problem
 

i am using my infinity box.it say dongle data damaged, error code #31..please help me

1. download latest "DongleManager" from support area: www.infinity-box.com/download
2. connect box to PC via USB cable
3. run "DongleManager"
4. press "Read dongle serial number (S/N)" button
5. send to us text from white Log window to check dongle status
6. include in your mail explanation why dongle stop to work
