I am using the latest 1.42 version!

After "format ffs" you must press and HOLD phone "power" button for long time (up to 30-40 sec)

Hi Infinity help,
i try to unlock vk200 with Infinitybox and i get this status message that,
can't open device check your usb connection.Help me to install usb drivers.

I am pressing the power key for a long time about 3-4 minutes. The probelm is that Infinity soft does not format correctly this phone. But i managed to repair the phone and will try to read good eeprom backup and save it!

Sorry the phone is already gone, i did not manageg to read full flash after reparing the phone. SO i can only send you currupted flash bucjaup also eeprom.
