Hello,

I think you have posted here not honest explanation of problem.
I think that your phone was already damaged before you have tried to unlock it with Infinity-Box.
If you have ORIGINAL WORKING full flash backup from this phone - restore original full flash backup and then make unlock process again - phone will be unlocked in seconds
