in my case i had a (BLU) phone (ALPS.JB5.MP.V1.6) in second logo condition,, not going into menu ,, just hanging on LOGO... and furthermore,, unfortunately couldn,t make it possible to find it,s exact scatter file on the internet .... So i made a Backup of current condition phone and replace only System file from the downloaded other BLU file
(in which touch was not working and other errors)... ...

Phone was flashed successfully and working now....

How do u finally solved the issue?
