hello bro, thank for help. about my password that i just get from server is not start from " nfo ...." but it start from " l5c3...... " what problem ?

Q= can you show me which username and pass in Dongle manager that we need to reset password? in tool(Dongle manager) there are two password login

because my password that i get is different from your password shaw.

hello Bro, i have to follow your , but still can't change my password. still wonder why?

i can login online service and see like this : pls look picture below

then i put my current password is evdCfyjenQvUa8Wy
new pass & repeat is my own password , but still fail . pls look picture below

As I can see you have copy/paste password instead of type it.
And you have add one space before password: " evdCfyjenQvUa8Wy" but you must enter "evdCfyjenQvUa8Wy"
Try again now.
