C707 can't access to network after flash - GSM-Forum

after flash my c707 , now it can't access to any network it just write "Emergency", when i try to find networks manually it give them to me all.
i flash it with all suggestions in the document in the support area, so now what should i do?

no, it's from spain.

Did you tried to make "formatt ffs" in "complete" mode ?

yes, but doesnt help.
btw, i flashed today two c701x succesfully, both hang on startup like c707x which we have probleme with it.
i think i need full flash for my phone

How about to read instruction, read my previous message and make "format" in "complete" mode ?

Yes , i made "format" in "complete" mode, but the probleme is remain same.
what do u suggest now?

You can flash C707 with the same C701 firmware that you have used before and that was good.

Are you sure that it's problem with phone but not problem with sim card that you have used for test ?
Is it possible to make 112 (emergency) calls from your C707 ?
Are you sure that phone is not blacklisted ?

my card is working well, when i try without card to call 112 the phone say "error in access", so now what to do?
p.s: how to know if my phone is blacklisted?

how to know if my phone is blacklisted:
1. insert your own sim-card in phone and try to make some calls. If during nearest days police not come to you this means that phone is not blacklisted.
2. ask customer who bring you phone where he have got it.

what to do: if you are sure that phone hardware is Ok you can try to flash phone with different flash files and see results (don't forget to make "ffs format").
Did you tried to make any calls from this phone before flashing ?
What was original firmware version ?

No any police came to me yet, hope they will never come

The phone come to me hanging on start up logo, so i can't be sure it's working before it camed to me, second thing i think that the phone have no hardware damages because he find all available networks, the probleme can be that phone is black listed or the file i tried is from north america.
so now if i flashed the phone with an-other flash from another version will it work? second question : can i try to flash c701 files to it?

Yes, you can try to flash different files and see results. C701 files can be used too.

About network issue in alcatel U7 models,there's a solution:
If you flashed your phone with C707X...and you get no network,then flash it with C707A and you will get network.
Also if there's no network with CxxxA (for ex C707A) just flash it with CxxxX

please use the M module 2.38 & Flash the c701x flash file your problem is solve But firstly check its specification phone should be support 900/1800 signal
