Post more details about your support period and which module version you tried to open. Generally it happens either when you try to open new version and your smart card is not upgraded to latest version OR you have activated test version and you are trying to run release version. Br. Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | If you have one Dongle and you have the sane CM2 version at both PC you will have 100% the same result for both PC. So double check that you have th same dongle connected and the same version running. |
