because my other infinity paired with my pinfinder was stolen and I'm ready to buy new one,So it's really urgent for me to ask about pinfinder pairing with other infinity box.thanks

Hello,

Yes, it is possible to pair any already registered PinFinder with any other Infinity-Box.
This operation can not be done in automatic mode, but you can write a e-mail to [email protected] and explain situation.
Please, include in your mail your old Infinity-Box S/N, new Infinity-Box S/N and we will remove pairing from one box so you will be able to pair PinFinder with other box.

Also if your box was stolen we can block stolen box so it will be blocked at server and included in black list, as a result it will be unable to upgrade stolen box.
To block box we need to know box S/N and data that you have entered during box registration process (f.e. Nickname or e-mail) to confirm that box is really yours.
