Hello Support! Is it possible to Unlock W218 Sp-lock with infinity box? phone can be contected and can clear user code but there is no option for unlock SPlock.

software version: SW version SW_W218_0.5.79..

COM1 [Serial0] selected
Device: W218
Device must be POWERED-ON !
Connecting, wait...
Device connected. Working...
current imei: 357721010322196
software version: 0579.MOTOROLA_H85
flex version: FLEX_W218_BA_004_107
user code reset Ok

Plz help.
