Problem with 2sim phone - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone!

I have COOL 628 that is 2sim phone. The problem is that when I call from sim2, the other person don't listen me. If I call from SIM 1, all it's ok.

What could this be? anyone see anything like this before?

it is 100% software complaint if u dont have sw contact any dealer

open the phone and check some phone with two mic chech the mic and change the mic ur problem is solved

I didn't know that there are phones with 2 mics. I formated it, but still has the problem, so maybe is that the second mic are broken or something.
