Problem access to online services - GSM-Forum

I have bought recently this box and i can't access to online services, i have read the user and passord with dongle manager, copy/paste user password and i have this error:

authentication failed: [(user id)]

Use that one which start by 00xxxx ok same that me but i resolve

hello!

read out your dongle parameters
Get your user name and password
visit link:http://user.infinity-best.com:82/inc/login.php
log in using your account details.
dont forget to put "00" before your box number
login must consist of 10 digits
