Problem with account/support activation


Yesterday I have buy credits from Gsmserver for 1 year account/update.

Payment accepted, activation done:
Product (#16): Main Infinity-Box 1 year updates/support
Serial Number (S/N): 22AC573D

But I still don’t have access to support. Some help?

Hello,

To update your smart-card firmware to latest version 0120 - update your dongel once again now.

Try to access support area with files again now. In case of any problems send a mail to [email protected] and include in your mail exact error that you will see (if any) during support area access.

Finally I update my box to the version 0120, but problem with support area still exist. I can download only 1 file per day.
