problem on activation on infinity box to cm2 and best


we have problem activating our infinity box (old box already bought with other person or it is second hand)
when try to activate with seller they say serial not found and failed to activate best with cm2

when i try to login with the given username and password which get from dongle manager it says wrong username or password

what shall we do?

Your Box/Dongle Type is Infinity Box/Dongle but not [BEST] !
You must select this product: Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew, Chinese Miracle-2 included
