Problem is bb unlock via imei and mep - GSM-Forum

hi support i am getting problem in unlock bb in both ways.i try one mobile 2 times via imei and 1 time imei with mep both ways .every time get credit.one mobile get 3 credit but mobile is still unlocked...can u return my credits....the log is below...thxs in advance...ikrash
