Problem with Beyon B555

I have some problm every I try to reset Beyobd B555...
I used Pana01 V1.76...

COM7 [VCP5] selected
module v1.76
Device: Beyond-B555
Checking data, wait...
Action: reset settings ("format ffs")
Boot ...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
e-gold: 820000
loading...
next part...
error: can't run main loader:
Finished, time used: 4 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
---------------------------------------------
try to other baudrate, still same...

Please Infinity Team solution...

Hello,

Try to use another cable, f.e. ordinary COM port cable but not FTDI Unibox.

Also, you can try to adjust port settings:

i use cable infinity stndard, becose pinout rx,tx in board,and i solder cable to pinout dircte..... i use infy com port..

Yes, I know.
But as per our experience, in some cases if phone can not be connected well it's good idea to try to use another cable (f.e. ordinary COM port cable or Prolific based USB-RS232 converter.
