problem with card detection - GSM-Forum

Sir my INFINITY box is giving me this trouble when I insert usb cable com port is detected bu software does't run it says dongle not found.then I reinsert usb cable it works properly.some time I have to reinsert usb cable several times.I changed usb cable ,tried on diffrent PC but same.I have Infinity slim with card and port in same pack.

Hello,

Remove card from box (if it's not sealed) and clean (very carefully and gently) card contacts. If card/box is sealed please contact to your reseller to avoid any problems.
Also don't use any type of additional USB-hubs, connect box to PC port directly.
One more problem reason: low PS USB voltage (it's depends on PC).

I tried it but problem is same.once it is detected no problem. I remove and reinsert all ok. only when I reboot it give problem.

it is look more like PC internal fault
try on other PC to make sure that it is not box error

If problem still exist you can try to use another unibox with built-in smart-card reader or use Infinity-Box smart-card with separate external card-reader (external card reader price should be about 2-3 usd).
If your box is sealed, please, contact to your reseller before make any operations with carb/box to avoid warranty problems.

your pc more have one smartcard? like cruiser ,pkey jaf,or setool ,scard sc..etc...
if you have more than 1 maybe driver conflict..solve with unistal all driver smartcard..and instal again first driver smartcard infinity..if problem not solve..try reinstall your pc..thx

Probably you did not understand what we talk about here.
There is no need to contact reseller to get new smart-card because smart-card working fine.

Hello Infinity team my problem solved.I changed a capacitor marked as 'C2'
100uf to 1000uf.Now card is detected as soon as cable is inserted.
