If card/box is sealed please contact to your reseller to avoid any problems. Also don't use any type of additional USB-hubs, connect box to PC port directly. One more problem reason: low PS USB voltage (it's depends on PC). |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | If problem still exist you can try to use another unibox with built-in smart-card reader or use Infinity-Box smart-card with separate external card-reader (external card reader price should be about 2-3 usd). If your box is sealed, please, contact to your reseller before make any operations with carb/box to avoid warranty problems. |
