pls help,lenovo p708 no display after flash - GSM-Forum

hi infinity team,i have this lenovo p708 which was requesting for password,i tried reading the pswd with software and also resetting phone with software,but none worked,so i downloaded firmware and eeprom from support site and flashed into fone,now all i get is a blank screen on the fone,pls help me,customer is on my neck,plssssssssssss

Hi,
do you have flash backup ? If yes, send it: [email protected]
possible problem: your phone has hardware incompatible with existing firmware so need to use other firmware file.

sorry i didnt make any back up before flashing the fone,is there nothing else i can do to remedy this problem?

We have different firmware files for P708 in support area. Try to flash different files and see results.

i've flashed the fone with all three files and also the eeprom file i got from support site,i still get same white screen.d'you think maybe its because there's no customisation file to flash it with?

I think it's because of this:
your phone has hardware incompatible with existing firmware so need to use other firmware file.
