E221 dead after unlock - GSM-Forum

I have a dead e221 after unlock
at first I connect it to box but it can't detect phone when I press unlock
after that I remove cabel and put battery again when I press power on the phone don't power and it has 3 led in the back of LCD that are always on
only three lights in the back of lcd.

For me too same problem i cant connect any new alcatel with infinity ,always error ,i think there are many bugs in this module

but with other t*** work fine......

For me when I connect it to infinity :
I press power on
soft still the same
I have 3 leds in the back of lcd on !!!

please need help

Hello,

You need to double check your cables and COM port selection.
What kind of cable you have used ?

with furious gold box it connect and flash !!!
