problem with infinity box...


in dongle manager 1.42 have this message and main soft and spt and lp editor not work!!!
last night work and use support area but today infinity dead.please help

Card type selected: inf
Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID not found!
SmartCard API error #0
The operation completed successfully.

hi i think my smart card is dead bcoz test in some pc and other tool
if my smart card dead how can revive my activation spt/lp editor

sorry i buy this smart card 6 years ago and i think life time is end and card is dead ...can i active infinity box include spt and lp editor on my best dongle?
or can give new infinity sim replace with this activation .
please answer infinity team
my work and business with infinity box thanks

Hello,

Yes, we can move activations from one card to another.
For best results it's better to move activations to the same card type.
We can move from Infinity to BEST but it may be failed in some cases.

If you will need new Infinity-Box Smart-Card, we have a special replacement offer:

Smart-Card: permanently damaged (can not be upgraded/repaired any more) - REPLACEMENT top
You can get new smart-card w/o box with discount according to Infinity-Box post warranty smart-card replacement program.
Conditions:
- you need to know old/damaged smart-card S/N (Serial Number)
- to verify that you are legal owner of old/damaged smart-card, you need to know e-mail address that was used during initial box registration
- old smart-card S/N will be blocked in our database
- new smart-card will be sent directly to you
Procedure:
- contact to [email protected] with post warranty replacement request
- provide your old/damaged smart-card S/N (8 symbols Serial Number) and e-mail address that was used during box registration
- your data will be checked and payment instruction will be sent to you
- make a payment and tell to us your payment and delivery details - Infinity-Box - Price-list

NOTE: if you do not want to disable/block your old smart-card, you can just buy new smart-card w/o box - Infinity-Box - Price-list

Update your new box firmware with DongleManager
You should see 2 new activations in your new card

How to finalize SPT activation:
get new user.ini file here: SPT-Box software activation for USTPRO2 and Infinity-Box

How to finalize Language Editor activation:
Send new ASK file to [email protected] and you will get back DAT file

Pls keep me informed about results
